St Katharine Docks is currently being developed into a modern tech hub in the heart of London. Why London? Europe has a few technology clusters, with more popping up at an increasing pace. Two of the bigger ones are London and Berlin. Ultimately we wanted to have a presence in both these cities and London seemed like a great starting point. And it has more than met expectations going from strength to strength with great support from policy makers through initiatives like TechCity. London is also best in class in many industries - retail and finance, just to name a couple - and is therefore in a perfect position to bring technological advancements into those sectors.
